Privacy Policy

• Account information: your account identifier and email address supplied through a sign-in provider.
• Journey information: onboarding answers, check-ins, goals, reflections, selected challenges, and progress.
• App activity: battle completion, stage assessments, SOS activity, and saved journey state.
• Purchase status: subscription entitlement and transaction status needed to provide paid features. Apple or Google processes payments; My2ndBorn does not receive your full payment-card details.

We use this information to sign you in, personalize your journey and daily battles, save progress across devices, provide subscriptions, send reminders you choose, respond to support needs, and protect the reliability and security of the app.

We use service providers to operate My2ndBorn: Supabase for authentication and data storage, RevenueCat and Apple or Google for subscriptions, and an AI service to generate personalized journey and battle content from the information you enter. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising. We share information only with service providers needed to operate My2ndBorn, when required by law, or to protect users and the service.

You can manage reminders in the app settings, sign out at any time, and request deletion through Profile → Account → Delete Account. Account deletion removes account-linked journey, progress, assessment, and support-event records from our service, subject to limited retention required for legal, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes.

We use authenticated access controls and encrypted connections to protect information. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as My2ndBorn changes. We will post the updated policy here and revise the date above.
